If I can set up CCATs at any time, do I need to purchase the assessment in advance?
The short answer is: it depends. Different groups have different purchasing agreements that depend on how they plan to use CCATs. We will be consolidating to two main “account” types:
Per-Cohort Contracting – each time you have a cohort of organizations participating in the CCAT, you can contract with TCC for a finite amount of CCAT assessments – as well as any other services you’d like such as interpretation sessions or aggregate results analysis for your cohort. This option is best if you have annual or periodic cohorts of organizations all starting CCAT assessments at the same time.
Standing account – you can set up groups at any time, on-demand in the system, and TCC will invoice you monthly (or quarterly) for the assessments you create in the system. This option is best if your CCAT use is more like single organizations participating intermittently over the course of the year.
What if I don’t want to deal with setting up my participating nonprofits?
No problem! A CCAT Help Desk member will still be available to set up your participating groups, and we are happy to do so! Please feel free to indicate that to us when you’re starting an assessment cohort.
Even if you don’t want to set up your cohort, as the primary contact for the cohort, you will still be able to login to the CCAT platform to take advantage of the other admin features, such as: tracking the status of participating groups, and communicating with org leads.
Can we have multiple cohort leads?
Yes! If you have several staff in charge of managing CCATs, each person can have a cohort lead account and get access to the system.
Will I still be able to see my previous organization’s information in the new system?
Yes! We are migrating all of the old data into the new system, so you’ll be able to see all of your previous groups in the new platform. You will need to create an account in the new platform to be able to login, so you will receive an email with instructions on how to login to the new system and set a new password.
