At TCC, we consistently strive to improve the quality of our products and services, in order to help our clients increase their impact. Over the past year we’ve been hard at work here to make some major upgrades to our CCAT platform, and we are excited to share them with you.
Improved CCAT User Experience
We have upgraded the CCAT user experience, to make the system interface user-friendly, and help organizational leads easily administer the assessment to their organization. An improved login experience, better email functionality, and quick-add buttons to get groups up and running in no time are among some of the updates we will unveil in the new system.
New Functionality for CCAT Cohort Managers
If you manage multiple CCATs for grantees or partner organizations, the newest version of the CCAT will have increased functionality to help you successfully manage your groups. You’ll be able to login to the CCAT to track the status of your groups, send email reminders, and visualize cohort data.
New User-Friendly CCAT Final Report
We’ve collected feedback from dozens of users to make improvements to the CCAT Final Report, to update the look and feel, and make graphics and data more accessible to nonprofit leaders and CCAT Facilitators.
